For 21€/year, the Besançon Citadel subscription allows you to freely access the entire site every day of the year, including the Momentum restaurant.
Momentum Restaurant accepts the following payment methods: Cash, CB, Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Ticket Restaurant. The TR card will soon be accepted. We do not accept checks.
The deposit for your reservation is 25€ per guest. You will not be charged for this amount. This guarantee will be retained in case of no-show at the reservation without prior cancellation.

Reservations for the weekend are only available by phone and e-mail without a card imprint. Your table will be blocked until 15min after the reservation time.
Unfortunately, too many customers still do not notify us when they cannot honor their reservation (No-Show). Our dishes are made with fresh products and these “No-Show” turn into loss and waste. In order to reduce this problem we take an imprint of your credit card when you make your reservation as a guarantee. Don’t worry, you won’t be charged if you show up or cancel within the allowed time.
Of course! You can cancel your reservation up to 2 hours before your arrival. After this period, it will not be possible to cancel your reservation.

Unfortunately, pets (with the exception of guide dogs) are not allowed on the site of the Citadel (and therefore of the Momentum Restaurant), as the latter is subject to the double regulation of public parks and zoological spaces.
