Momentum’s goal is to offer honest and thoughtful cuisine. A cuisine that aims to highlight the product and its intrinsic qualities. Make a simple ingredient shine just by cooking it in the best way. This is the goal of the Momentum proposal, which aims to transport you for a moment through signature dishes and creations. Since the first actor of quality is the raw material, it is obvious for us to work with local products, in short circuits, in season and as far as possible organic.

Weekends and holidays: No reservations. On site only.
Monday to Friday: Free admission for 2 hours upon presentation of your reservation.
Weekends and holidays : Purchase of an admission ticket or presentation of the Citadelle pass.
* Without a reservation, you will have to pay an entrance fee for the Citadel.
For 21€/year, the Besançon Citadel subscription allows you to freely access the entire site every day of the year, including the Momentum restaurant.
